You're a problem solver and tactical thinker that enjoys being part of a complex team all working toward one goal - delivering and supporting our Integrated Tactical Bridge Systems.  As the Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Analyst you will conduct day-to-day ILS and Supportability Engineering activities to meet project deliverables, support proposals, and assists the ILS Team Lead to enhance and sustain OSI’s ILS capability.

The Job:

  • Implement the agreed ILS processes, procedures, and tools, on direct projects, as tasked by the ILS team lead,
  • Works with Product Development to provide direct input to establishing and maintaining the support elements of OSI standard Support deliverables to support OSI Standardized products and sub-systems,
  • Provides resource estimates and ILS content for proposals as required, engaging with other departments to ensure an integrated and consistent deliverable is achieved,
  • Reports progress on ILS activities and tasks to the ILS team lead, and coordinate with other teams to manage interdependencies,
  • Supports the management of the Logistics Information Repository with other members of the ILS team, to ensure consistency and accuracy of outputs and held information; liaising with Supply Chain and Suppliers as required,
  • Assist the ILS Team Lead to progress team assigned tasks and objectives,
  • Deputizes for the ILS Team Lead during absences.

You bring:

  • Must possess a recognized Engineering Technical diploma in a related area with preference for candidates with a University degree in Mechanical, Industrial and or Mechatronics Engineering
  • Ability to analyze complex integrated systems requirements to determine the most appropriate support solution and effective
  • Experience with military ILS and R&M processes and standards
  • Patient and methodical
  • Very good written and verbal communication
  • Experience of equipment maintenance and/or repair an advantage
  • High proficiency in the use of Microsoft office products especially, Excel, Word, and Access.
